Due to the lockdown I had a telephone consultation with Mr. Mishra. I found him to be genuinely caring, kind and patient and I immediately felt at ease. He made time to listen to me. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. But more importantly I did not feel like I was a number on his patient list. A thoroughly considerate and knowledgeable consultant. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Mr Mishra. I look forward to seeing him when all this is over to thank him in person. Thank you very much.

Mr Mishra has talked me through each step of my treatment process very clearly and made complicated things easy to understand. He has a very nice manner about him with an obvious kind and caring nature which has been reassuring. He has always been accessible and contactable; when I have had follow questions he has swiftly got back to me. I feel I can trust him completely to give me the right advice and recommend the right course of action. While it is a shame that, due to the current covid-restrictions, it has not been possible for us to meet in person, I have found that our phone conversations have worked well and our meetings on Zoom have also.

A stellar professional with strong empathy and commitment to solving the problem of his patients. I was seen on several occasions for a stubborn e-coli infection as NHS patient. Dr Mishra has many patients with conditions that are much more serious than mine, yet I always felt I had his attention and personal touch when dealing with my case. His approach is proportionate, leaving surgery as the weapon of last resort. He has always explained and discussed tests and evidence with me, offering different options and leaving me to take the final decision. I was fortunate to be with him.

my 82 year old mother had been poorly for 5 weeks without being able to establish a diagnosis or treatment. She was in a lot of pain and my family were at our wits end. We requested a review by Mr Mishra and were amazed when he was able to accurately diagnose my mother within the first few minutes of our (virtual) consultation. Not only is he clearly an excellent and knowledgeable clinician, he was also such a pleasure to consult with - he listened carefully; asked good questions; and was happy to discuss and share his thought process. He recommended that we act quickly to get my mum admitted to hospital and provided us with the necessary referral letter within a few hours. As a result we were able to go to our local a and e and access the appropriate care. My family are all extremely grateful to mr Mishra.

I am under the care of the wonderful Mr Vibhash Mishra who has been treating me for Bladder Cancer. Mr Mishra has been so wonderful for my treatment - always has time to explain what my operation entailed - what the results were likely to be - and at the same time coupled with sincere authentic care and time for me. I cannot thank and praise Mr Mishra enough for his kindness and professional dedication. Very much appreciated. Alan Hampstead
